Your Profile and Preferences
Customize your Odoo experience by configuring your profile and preferences.
Accessing Your Preferences
- Click on your profile picture or name in the top right corner
- Select "Preferences" from the dropdown menu
Profile Information
- Name: Your display name shown throughout the system
- Email: Used for notifications and password resets
- Phone: Contact number for business purposes
- Profile Picture: Upload a photo to personalize your account
- Signature: Email signature for outgoing messages
Localization Settings
- Language: Choose your preferred interface language
- Timezone: Set your local timezone for accurate time display
- Date Format: Select how dates appear throughout the system
- Number Format: Configure decimal separators and thousand separators
Notification Preferences
- Email Notifications: Choose which events trigger email alerts
- In-App Notifications: Configure system notifications
- Frequency: Set how often you receive notification summaries
