Resetting Your Password
If you've forgotten your password or need to change it for security reasons, follow these steps.
Method 1: Reset from Login Page
- Go to the login page
- Click "Reset Password" below the login form
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for reset instructions
- Click the link in the email and create a new password
Method 2: Change Password While Logged In
- Click on your profile picture in the top right corner
- Select "Preferences" from the dropdown
- Go to the "Account Security" tab
- Click "Change Password"
- Enter your current password and new password
- Click "Save"
Password Requirements
- Minimum 8 characters long
- Include at least one uppercase letter
- Include at least one lowercase letter
- Include at least one number
- Include at least one special character (!@#$%^&*)
Security Tip: Use a unique password that you don't use for other accounts. Consider using a password manager.
Troubleshooting
- Email not received? Check your spam folder and verify the email address
- Link expired? Password reset links expire after 24 hours. Request a new one
